		<description><![CDATA[Astazi am primit de la prietena mea o bucata de dovleac si tot la indemnul ei m-am apucat sa caut o reteta nu prea sofisticata pentru prajitura. Am gasit pe www.culinar.ro o reteta cred eu buna pentru foi. Reteta apartine dnei Carmen careia-i multumesc virtual. Iata reteta pe care am facut-o:

Am gasit pe <a href="http://www.culinar.ro/">www.culinar.ro</a> o reteta cred eu buna pentru foi. Reteta apartine dnei Carmen careia-i multumesc virtual. Iata reteta pe care am facut-o:</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span id="more-2129"></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Foile:</span></strong> 7 linguri lapte,  7 linguri ulei, 7 linguri zahar se pun intr-un vas sa fiarba pe foc. Se amesteca tot timpul si atentie marita sa nu dea laptele in foc. Cand zaharul s-a topit si laptele s-a umflat, se ia de pe foc si se lasa sa se raceasca. Dupa racire se pune un ou si se amesteca repede. Pe urma se adauga o lingurita bicarbonat alimentar stins cu o lingutita otet. Cand totul este amestecat bine si a rezultat o pasta, se toarna cca 400 gr faina in ploaie si se amesteca initial cu lingura, pe urma cand se ingroasa cu mana pana se obtine un aluat elastic bine inchegat. Se formeaza sul si se taie in doua pentru cele doua foi de care avem nevoie. Se intinde o foaie, se aseaza in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, se adauga umplutura care se acopera cu a doua foaie. Se taseaza marginile (pentru unirea celor doua foi) cu o furculita, cu care se fac si cateva siruri de intepaturi in aluat. Se unge cu ou si se da la cuptorul incins cca 35 min. la foc potrivit.  Cand este frumos colorata se scoate din cuptor si se pudreaza cu zahar farin.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Pentru umplutura:</span></strong> se curata dovleacul (cca 1 kg) si se da pe razatoarea cu ochiuri mari. Se amesteca cu o cana de zahar si doua pliculete de zahar vanilat si se pune la calit cu putin unt pana dovleacul se inmoaie. Cand este gata se rastoarna intr-o strecuratoare pentru a se scurge surplusul de suc pana cand se aseaza intre cele doua foi. Inainte se amesteca cu putina scortisoara, care-i da un gust placut.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Ingrediente:</span></strong> 3 cani de apă, 1 cana de malai, putina sare, branza telemea si putin cascaval, unt</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Mod de preparare:</span></strong> se pune la fiert apa si cand da in clocot se toarna malaiul in ploaie, se amesteca repede pana se face o mamalga moale. Intr-o forma de yena unsa cu unt se toarna jumatate din mamaliga se pune un strat de branza (din care se doreste) si restul de mamaliga si bucatele de salam, se introduce la cuptor pentru cca 20 min. Se scoate din cuptor se serveste asa, sau cu oua ochiuri facute separat sau direct in mamaliga. Pentru asta in mamaliga scoasa din cuptor se fac doua-trei gropite cu lingura unsa si se sparge cate un ou. Se introduce din nou in cuptor pana cand oul se incheaga.</p>

Aseara pentru ca sotul meu vroia ceva dulce, m-am apucat si am facut o portie de prajitura cu mere (dupa reteta de <a href="http://retetelemamei.wordpress.com/2009/07/27/chec-in-doua-culori/" target="_self">chec</a>, fara cacao si in loc de trei linguri faina am pus un plic de budinca vanilie). Si deodata m-am gandit, ce-ar fi sa pun si in tava de muffins. Cum aveam si hartiute luate de la <a href="http://ghiocel07.wordpress.com/2009/11/08/rosenheim/" target="_self">Rosenhaim</a>, totul a fost simplu. Am pus putina compozitie in fiecare forma, pe urma bucatele de mar dat prin scortisoara, cateva boabe de stafide, din nou aluat (sa fie totul treisfert din forma) si la cuptor cu ele. De a iesit? Priviti.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Ingrediente pentru rulouri:</span></strong> 2 bucati piept de pui (pentru 10 rulouri), 10 baghete de sunca presata, 10 de cascaval, 10 de castravete murat, feliute de masline, sare; <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>pentru varza calita:</strong></span> o varza mare, doi catei de usturou, putin ulei de masiline, doua-trei picaturi de otel, putina sare.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Mod de preparare rulouri:</span></strong> se curata pieptul de pui de grasine si pielite si se taie in 10 felii care se bat cu ciocanul de carne. Se sareaza si se lasa in asteptare pana taiem umplutura in baghete. In fiecare felie se aseaza o bagheta de sunca, cascaval, castravete, masline sau ce doriti si aveti. Fiecare felie se ruleaza strans, se prinde cu scobitoare, se trece prin faina, ou si pesmet si se prajeste in ulei incins; <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>pentru varza calita:</strong></span> se curata si taie fideluta varza, se freaca cu putina sare, se lasa sa iasa apa, dupa care se stoarce bine si se caleste intr-o cratita cu putin ulei. Se adauga apa si se lasa sub capac. Cand este calita suficient, se adauga doi catei de usturoi pasati si doua picaturi de otet. Se mai lasa putin la foc mic, dupa care se stinge flacara.</p>

Zilele trecute vrand sa cumpar una de la magazinul din spatele blocului, fetele de acolo mi-au facut un semn discret ca nu este buna. Am cerut atunci sa-mi recomande alta si am luat Faina alba 000, produsa de SC Prambac SRL si ambalata de SC Succes Nic Com SRL. Am folosit-o imediat si a rezultat o paine excelenta. A crescut foarte frumos, este alba si buna la gust. Asta-i punga. Am luat si alba 650, care va fi incercata zilele urmatoare.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Mod de preparare:</span></strong> se taie cornurile in doua si se scobesc de miez cu un cutit cu lama ascutita. Avem grija   sa pastram miez pentru capac la corn. Untul se freaca spuma, se amesteca cu branza telemea rasa pe razatoarea cu ochiuri mari si cu miezul din corn. Se poate adauga boia pentru culoare. Se umplu cornurile cu aceasta compozitie si se pune capacul. Se ung cu unt, se presara telemea rasa si se aseaza in tava unsa cu unt. Se tin la cuptorul preancalzit, cca 10 minute in functie de cuptorul fiecareia. Este bine sa ne uitam din cand in cand sa nu se prajeasca prea tare. Se servesc calde ca aperitiv.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Afara ger cumplit, in casa lemnele pocneu in teracota, noi copiii stateam la gura sobei, ascultam povestile spuse de bunica si asteptam sa se coaca dovleacul, care deja emana un miros aparte. Vestita soba Vesta, care era de o seama cu bunica, ne facea cele mai interesante dulciuri, intr-o perioada in care toate preparatele erau simple, cu ingrediente clasice, dar niciodata duminica nu ne lipsea ceva dulce. Pentru ca mi-am adus aminte de acele vremuri, am cumparat un dovleac, l-am curatat de seminte, l-am taiat si l-am pus la cuptor. Sper ca mirosul si gustul sa fie precum cel facut de bunica. Da este, nu simtiti?</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Mod de preparare:</span></strong> se fierb cartofii, se curata de coaja si se taie felii. Carnaciorul se taie felii subtiri si se caleste in putin ulei. Se unge cu unt o forma yena, se aseaza un rand de cartofi peste care se pune carnatul prajit, se rade branza telemea si se aseaza al doilea strat de cartofi. Se bat bine doua oua cu putin lapte si se toarna uniform peste cartofi. Se rade cascaval cu care sa acopere bine cartofii. Se coace la foc potrivit in cuptorul incins in prealabil, pana cand cascavalul prinde culoare aramie. Cand este gata se scoate din cuptor si se acopera cu capacul formei sau cu folie alimentara.</p>

Se taie cubulete zarzavatul care se caleste in putin ulei, dupa care se toarna peste el apa. In timp ce fierbe ciorba se prepara perisoarele: carnea tocata se amesteca cu felia de paine inmuiata in apa si stoarsa bine, cu orezul spalat si bine scurs, ou, sare si piper. Se fac perisoare mici si se pun la fiert in ciorba cand zarzavatul este fiert pe jumatate. Dupa cca o jumatate de ora daca orezul este fiert (se gusta), se adauga sucul de rosii si zeama de varza. Se lasa sa mai fiarba cateva minute. Se adauga leustean tocat marunt.
